Sous Chef

Nous recrutons un talentueux sous chef qui participera à l’élaboration de nouveaux plats et de nouveaux concepts selon les instructions de son sous-chef exécutif et directeur culinaire.

Responsabilités clés: 

  • Diriger l’équipe de cuisine en place et coordonner le travail de tout le personnel sous sa responsabilité.
  • Participer à la préparation des plats et à l’élaboration des menus.
  • Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène.
  • Assurer la gestion des achats, des stocks et des inventaires de sa cuisine
  • Assurer l’analyse et gestion des coûts (contrôle des ratios, fiches techniques)
  • Animer les réunions pré et post service (briefing et débriefing).

Executive Sous Chef

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Sous-chef Exécutif expérimenté pour notre Resort unique conçu par Kerzner International Group pour offrir des expériences exceptionnelles et des souvenirs éternels !

Notre talentueux Sous-chef Exécutif sera responsable de toute la production alimentaire, y compris pour les restaurants à la carte, les buffets et la restauration. Il développera des menus, des spécifications d’achat de nourriture et des recettes, supervisera le personnel, développera et contrôlera le budget de nourriture et de main d’œuvre pour le département ainsi que le maintien de la plus haute qualité professionnelle de nourriture et des normes d’hygiène.

Our talented Surveillance Supervisor will be in charge of analyzing situations and behaviors in gaming rooms, detecting anomalies that are contrary to gaming rules and internal procedures as well as protecting company assets and revenues and conducting investigations into suspicious activity.

Our talented Shift Manager will oversee all gaming and slot machine operations. supervise his/her team and ensure that the offer is sufficiently complete and diversified. In charge of checking the equipment, he/she establishes the equipment maintenance schedule and ensures that no technical problems can affect access to the games for customers. In addition, He/she ensures that the law is properly applied and that safety and security standards are respected. In the absence of the manager, he/she supervises the operation.

Director Sales & Marketing

As a Director of Sales & Marketing, you will work closely with the General Manager to establish and drive all sales, reservations, marketing, communications, promotional and product development programs, targeted toward existing and new markets for Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, with full accountability for achievement of annual revenue budget.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual commercial plan to achieve annual business objectives.
  • Lead, manage and monitor all day-to-day sales and marketing activities with focus on developing strategic value-based outcomes that enable achievement of sales objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of regular business reports including monthly reports, annual goals and targets, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as required.
  • Monitor the achievement objectives and goals and takes appropriate action to correct shortfalls versus the strategic plan.
  • Manage and drive all key business segments for the Resort and in close collaboration with Revenue Management. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. 
  • Manage key and niche accounts across the main segments and execute account plans to key clients within these segments.
  • Execute and attend client events, trade shows and sales missions to maintain, build and develop key relationships with clients across domestic, regional and international markets. 
  • Drive and leverage the Kerzner Regional Sales Office (RSO) network to achieve budgeted goals. Track and measure productivity of key accounts working with RSOs to develop sales programs and initiatives.
  • Oversee on-property marketing, communications and sales activities ensuring brand quality.
  • Understand and contribute to overall revenue management initiatives and strategies to ensure every revenue opportunity is maximized.
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Develop and establish an experienced and successful team.  Ensures a challenging and exciting environment to encourage full career development and personal growth.
  • Ensures that all policies and procedures as well as company standards are in place and functioning effectively, and contracts are set in accordance with the legislation and the company standards.
